Jim Bruce Blues Lessons - 3 Pack

As an intro to my award-winning blues guitar lessons (yes, I said it myself ...) I'd like you to have these lessons featuring 3 very diverse picking styles.

In video above, we perform Watch Over Me by guy Davis. It's a modern slow blues in E and Guy shows how to create a modern blues song with an old, authentic feel.

Ragged and Dirty is one of those 'hard to categorize' songs, somewhere between Piedmont and ragtime. It's a quirky piece quite unlike any other song in the genre.

Although not really a blues player (although he could play anything), Doc Watson's version of Sittin' On Top Of The World is so much fun to play, I couldn't resist transcribing it. Tune down to drop D and give it a go.

Tabs are ready to download. Have fun and let me know how you get on.

Best wishes, Jim Bruce
